first_imgA Donegal man was fined for driving whilst using a mobile phone – and for wearing no seatbelt.Francis Callaghan, 44, with an address at Tullnascreen, Churchill, Letterkenny was charged for failure to wear a safety belt – and for holding a mobile phone while driving.Garda Elaine Gordon observed Mr Callaghan driving with no seatbelt on the 4th of August 2014.
