An identity publication ban has been issued by the board chair to protect the complainant’s identity. The complainant alleges racial discrimination by the employer, Halifax Regional Municipality. The board of inquiry will begin at 9:30 a.m., at the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission board of inquiry hearing room, 5657 Spring Garden Rd., Suite 305, Halifax.
