DOD Cant Ignore Opportunities to Cut Infrastructure Costs Reed Says

Jack Reed (D-R.I.), ranking member on the Senate Armed Services Committee, told reporters Thursday. If there are facilities DOD can consolidate, for example, it should do so on its own, he said.
