first_imgAccount managers from Corporate Traveller enjoyed in a product familiarisation day with Delta Air Lines in January, hosted at Gate Gourmet’s airline catering centre in Sydney.Partnering with Gate Gourmet, Delta is conducting a series of educational days to introduce Australian TMCs to the benefits executive travellers receive when flying with the American carrier.Corporate Traveller team leader – account management Kelly Thomas said the day helped her account managers better understand the Delta experience.“Traveller experience is key to a successful travel program. Getting to see and taste what customers enjoy when travelling with Delta truly helped my team put themselves in the traveller’s shoes.
